Provide machine model, serial number and station identity together with the current format set. Record pouch width, film construction and seal profile. For sealing jaws identify length, contour, mounting, heater power and temperature sensor. Identify grippers by opening travel, jaw geometry and connection. For dosing equipment specify product, dosing principle and installed version. Record complete motor and drive plates, encoder data and software revision. After modifications include photographs and the revised parts list. A machine designation is not a spare-part number; matching requires the installed station and its electrical and mechanical interfaces.
