Send press model, serial number, year and drawing revision. Identify upper and lower punches and dies separately by shape, dimensions, mounting and installed position. Include product format and material requirements, with photographs of existing tool markings. Describe dosing, ejection and cleaning assemblies by their parts-list positions. For HMI and sensors provide hardware identifiers and software versions. Numbers on format drawings are not automatically ordering codes; verify the actual configuration before replacement.
