Send full model, serial number, year and refrigerant as stated on the nameplate. Document coolant, glycol concentration, supply and return temperatures, flow and voltage. For AIC distinguish the air side and fan; for WIC identify the separate condenser-water circuit. Add pump, compressor and controller identifiers and installation position. Different refrigerants or temperature ranges must not be assumed to be acceptable replacement variants.
