Provide the complete model including Evo or Star Line suffix, serial number and year. State actual pressure and flow at the same duty point, product viscosity and temperature. Maximum values from different table rows must not be combined. Identify plunger diameter, valve geometry and seal material from the parts drawing. Document cleaning and sterilisation conditions and wetted materials. For homogenising valves record stage count and installed pressure adjustment. Check connection dimensions and permitted pressure together. Earlier generations with similar model numbers may have different heads, seals and drives; replacement selection requires the specific machine configuration.
