Provide line designation, serial number and station number with installation photographs. For belts document width, length, surface and joint. Cutting rollers need format, diameter, mounting and drawing position; scrapers also need material and profile. For depositing stations record filling material, nozzle dimensions and installed seals. Read motor and gearbox plates separately. State food-contact and cleaning requirements from the documents for the installed configuration.
