Send attachment order number and plate together with truck type and carriage dimensions. Document attachment weight, load centre and the existing capacity chart. For cylinders record bore, rod diameter, stroke, mounting eyes and connections. Identify guide strips by section, length and fixings. For buckets distinguish fork-mounted and carriage-mounted arrangements; measure pivot pins and cutting edge. Do not infer wear-part material grade from appearance. Any change to mounting or hydraulics requires assessment of the actual combination and its residual lifting capacity.
