Send the line number, build year and assembly drawing. For knives and spacers document outside diameter, bore, thickness, material and stack order. Identify levelling rolls by barrel diameter, length, journals and installed position. State strip width, thickness and material strength, shear type and winding direction. Include drive and encoder markings, existing hydraulic drawings and the tension-system type. Standard-line dimensions do not establish approval for a tool in another installation.
