Provide project and station numbers, serial number, bill-of-materials position and drawing revision. For fixtures record workpiece format, datums and mounting dimensions. Identify pneumatic grippers and cylinders by type, stroke, sensing and connections. Sensors and drives need hardware identifier, supply and interface; controls also need software and programme revisions. For packaging modules give carton format, gluing system and tool contour. After a retrofit the original parts list may be outdated. Document the installed state and check modifications against wiring and risk-assessment records. The product groups below are not standard AMME part numbers.
