Provide installation number, conveyor section, component position and drawing revision. For belts record width, length, carcass, cover and joint. Pulleys require diameter, lagging, shaft dimensions and bearing spacing; rollers require tube and axle dimensions. Identify geared motors by nameplate, ratio, power and mounting position. For hoppers document wall geometry, fixing pattern and liner material. Do not substitute rubber, HDPE and steel wear parts without assessment. Give material flow, temperature and cleaning conditions. Product groups are not order numbers; identification depends on the installation project.
